Matt Tscharke, the Community Relationship Manager, from Community Bank West Beach, was at our recent assembly to congratulate 3 students on being selected for this year’s Magic Moments Leadership Camp in Sydney. The camp forms part of the bank’s Youth Investment Program that has been developed to help provide young people with opportunities to enhance their leadership skills and self-confidence.
The camp will be attended by 300 participants from around Australia & the World, who will come together for 5 days filled with learning activities with sessions on entrepreneurship & money, to living a healthy lifestyle, effective communication and a range of leadership & teamwork skills & tools.
The funding for the 5-day camp including return flights to Sydney, are being provided through a Grant from the West Beach branch, Community Bank.
The selected students Eva, Natasha and Ava, submitted very impressive applications to win the sponsorships.
They will be joined by students from Henley High School. Our Woodville knows this experience provides them with the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills, discover tools & strategies to succeed in their futures. We look forward to hearing about their experiences at the camp and look forward to the bank supporting more students in 2026 through the Youth Leadership Program.
