Our Woodville recently hosted our annual Jazz Cabaret at The Gov, one of Adelaide’s premier performance venues, bringing together students, families, staff, and members of our wider school community for a night of incredible music and celebration. This year’s event was particularly special as it featured the inaugural cabaret performance of Polyfonics, showcasing our students’ talent and creativity, alongside returning favourites including Big Band, Big Bandits, Stage Band, Senior Choir, and Jazz Combo.

The Jazz Cabaret has long been a highlight of our school calendar, celebrated as a night of joy, energy, and musical excellence. Audiences were treated to a diverse program of jazz performances, featuring everything from classic favourites to contemporary arrangements, highlighting the breadth of talent within our music centre. Students shone on stage, demonstrating the dedication, skill, and passion that make Our Woodville’s music programs so exceptional.

In addition to the musical performances, the evening also provided a meaningful opportunity to farewell our Year 12 Class of 2025. We acknowledged their significant contributions to the school and music centre over the years, celebrating the creativity, leadership, and commitment they have brought to every rehearsal and performance.

It was a truly memorable night, filled with laughter, applause, and the joy of live music. We thank all students, families, staff, and community members who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. We can’t wait to see you again at Jazz Cabaret 2026, another night of exceptional performances and celebration of music at Our Woodville!
