Over the past two weeks, students have enjoyed our hospitality and taken part in a wide range of specialised classes and activities with Woodville High School teachers and buddies, including English/EALD, Mathematics, Science, Aboriginal Studies, Australian Sports, the WHS Basketball Academy Program, Drama, Thrive, and cultural workshops such as the Australian Food Workshop, Arts and Tasting Australia.
They also explored Adelaide through excursions to Cleland Wildlife Park, the South Australia Museum, the Art Gallery of South Australia, Chinatown and the Central Market, the Adelaide Zoo, and the Adelaide Botanical Garden. During these outings, they also sampled a variety of Australian foods from local stores. These experiences enriched their social learning, deepened their cultural understanding and connection with the local community.
A sincere thank you to the Principal, Ms Mirasgentis, and all staff, your support has made this Study Tour successful and created memorable experiences for both our students and the Vietnamese Study Tour students.
