Woodville High School was proud to host the 2026 Inspiring Australians Student Summit, celebrating leadership, aspiration, and student voice. The event provided an opportunity for our student leaders to share their stories, reflect on their leadership journey, and connect with inspiring Australians from a range of industries and backgrounds.
Students heard from an outstanding lineup of guest speakers, including Katherine Bennell-Pegg, Dr Karl Kruszelnicki and Amber Fabel Brock, whose stories and wisdom inspired students to think boldly about their futures and the impact they can have on the world around them.
We are incredibly proud of Natasha, Mohammed, and Virat for representing Our Woodville with confidence, authenticity, and a strong commitment to empowering others. It was an absolute honour for Woodville High School to host students, educators, special guests, and community members who are passionate about learning, leadership, and making a positive difference. Bringing together so many voices and stories reminds us of the strength and unity within our school and across South Australia.
Our aspiration from today was that all students left today feeling motivated to take on new challenges, support one another, and use their voice to shape their future and their community. Students were invited beyond this event to reflect on this question: What is one idea, action, or value that you will take from today to help build a better world, not just for yourself, but for those who will follow in your footsteps? Your ideas and actions matter. The connections you’ve made here can spark positive change far beyond this room.
