Students and staff from Woodville High School came together on Friday for a fantastic Sports Day at the SA Athletics Stadium. The glorious weather provided a great backdrop for a day full of energy, competition, and school spirit.
Participation levels were extremely high across all four houses – Sirius, Jupiter, Mercury, and Neptune – with students giving their best in a range of track and field events. There were many excellent individual performances and impressive results throughout the day, highlighting the talent and determination of our students.
Congratulations to Sirius, who claimed the Sports Day Shield after a strong overall performance across the events. Jupiter was awarded the Spirit Shield, recognising their outstanding enthusiasm, encouragement and house pride across the day.
Sports Day continues to grow each year and remains a fantastic whole-school event that brings our community together to celebrate participation, achievement, and house spirit. Well done to everyone who contributed to making the day such a success.
