2023 has been an incredibly busy performance year for the Music Centre with over 60 performances and workshops, from school promotion to community events and state and national competitions. We have had performances for all our year level and co-curricular ensembles and introduced many new performance opportunities for families to see their children perform. We have performed from Mount Gambier to Port Lincoln, as well as in Victoria. It has been a huge year for all the staff and students, and I am immensely proud of all we have achieved. Thanks to music staff Terry Bickley, Ben Fuller, Jakub Tengdahl, Kerrie Polkinghorne, Celeste Wong and Ed Kriek as well as music secretary Sandra McEvoy. I would like to commend all students and staff for their rehearsal and performance commitment in 2023 and look forward to an even greater 2024.
