Starting secondary school is a major milestone that can bring changes and new experiences. To support each Aboriginal student to become a proud and confident learner, achieving at their highest potential, the Enter for Success program provides Aboriginal students with the opportunity to enrol and be accepted into any government school they nominate the year before starting secondary school.
Students who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander can apply for the program through their registration of interest for secondary school online form.
This program has been expanded for primary school students who are entering schooling for the first time from 2022 onwards.
Simply follow the steps below:
STEP 1 contact your primary/secondary school to discuss enrolment options, expectations, responsibilities and commitments of everyone involved
STEP 2 in Term 2 you would have received an email or letter with a unique URL for the registration of interest for secondary school form for your child
STEP 3 Complete all mandatory fields.
STEP 4 Once you have completed each page click on the ‘NEXT’ button.
STEP 5 Once you have filled out all pages click the ‘SUBMIT’ button. You will need to complete this before 21 May 2021.
