Lunar New Year is celebrated by many Asian cultures. This holiday is based on the Lunar Calendar, which means the date changes each year. This year, Lunar New Year was on Friday, February 12th. To help celebrate this event, Woodville High School decorated the Learning Hub, and invited the Pháp Hoa Lion Dance group to the school for a performance.
Both students and staff enjoyed the Learning Hub display, and the energetic lion dance, of which two members are also WHS alumni. Thank you Pháp Hoa Lion Dance group, we hope to see you again next year!
