This term at Woodville High School has been full of inspiring events for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, coordinated through the Irabinna Centre, Sisterhood Strong Program, and Clontarf Academy. These initiatives continue to empower our students, celebrate their identities, and strengthen leadership and connection throughout our school.

In Term 4, we proudly recognised student achievements at the Sisterhood Strong and Clontarf Awards Nights, celebrating growth, leadership, and dedication among our young people. It was wonderful to share these moments with families, staff, and our wider school community.

We also welcomed families, including those of our incoming Year 7s for 2026, to our final Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Night, a meaningful evening of food, stories, and connection as we build a strong sense of belonging at Woodville High School.

These events have been highlights of an exceptional year marked by cultural learning, community engagement, and student success across the Irabinna Centre and our partner academies. We can’t wait for what’s ahead in 2026!
