On 24th October, the Woodville High String, Trumpet and Percussion students performed at the Chinese Music Day hosted by Elder Hall as part of OzAsia Festival 2021. The String Ensemble opened the concert performing Lion City, then combined with the School of Chinese Music and other Woodville High students to create the Adelaide Chinese Orchestra. This ensemble boasts a combination of Western and Eastern instruments and is under the guidance of David Dai from the School of Chinese Music.

Thank you to all staff and students involved for your dedication and professionalism. Thank you also to the School of Chinese Music and Elder Hall for the opportunity once again to collaborate and create wonderful music.

The performance on the day was live streamed and can be viewed below
