This term, our Year 7 students are stepping into the exciting world of entrepreneurship through the Project Nova ‘Activate Local Enterprise’ challenge. Acting as young entrepreneurs, they are exploring the possibilities of creating a viable side hustle as a means to earn money while still at school.

Under the guidance of experienced business mentors, the students are diligently working through the entire process of developing and refining their business ideas. From initial brainstorming sessions to market research and product development, they are learning what it takes to turn a simple idea into a profitable venture.

The culmination of their hard work will be showcased at a special school market event on Friday, 20 September, from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. This event will provide an opportunity for our young entrepreneurs to present their innovative business ideas to the wider school community. We invite all families, friends, and community members to come along and support our students as they share their creative solutions and entrepreneurial spirit.

Don’t miss this fantastic event—it promises to be an inspiring afternoon of creativity, innovation, and young talent!
