On behalf of the Wellbeing team, we wish our Woodville High School community a safe, happy and peaceful holiday period. Whilst this year has been challenging at times, we have been impressed by the resilience shown by students and families to overcome the adversity and challenges faced in 2021.
During these times, the support from families is paramount and the ongoing communication and relationship with the school is appreciated.
Over the holiday period, we recognise that some families will still be affected by COVID-19 and not being able to see loved ones during this time.
As we look forward to 2022, the Wellbeing team is very excited by the development of the Wellbeing Hub which will open next year. The wellbeing hub will be the centre of Wellbeing and Behaviour Support in our school and will include all 6-year level leaders, the student wellbeing leaders, school psychologist, youth worker, pastoral support worker and social worker.
We encourage you to engage with the resources from SchoolTV and seek support from your GP if necessary.
Looking forward to seeing you in 2022 from the WHS Wellbeing Team.
